[me] sick leave
I didn't feel very well on tuesday afternoon at the office, but still continue on my fasting. Well, later that tuesday night, my body feels warm, "I'VE GOT A FEVER!!".
The fever comes and goes, and I've a very sore throat. So on Wednesday, I went to a doctor, an ENT (ear, nose, throat) specialist.
I entered into the doctor's room. She was sitting behind her desk with her handphone on her hand. I think she's trying to send sms.
"Please wait awhile, Rom. I'm sending an sms."
"okay"
"Nurse, which button to erase the previous sms?"
"this button, doctor"
"ohh this one"
*sigh*
After finish playing with her handphone, she finally examines me, and it turns out I have an infection down my throat. It must be the changing climate. Well, she prescribed me an antibiotic and also wrote me a 2-days sick leave letter for my company.
Two days at home, the fever just goes on and off, but gradually disappear as I drink the antibiotics. I could only eat soup, marie biscuits and banana. All with the same taste, BITTER.
Well today, I'm back at the office. In last two days I just missed one presentations and three meetings and today I have two attend two meetings, although i'm not fully recovered yet. *sigh*.
Another thing to do is MOVING. My department here is expanding and will have some new people joining the forces. So I need to move to another cubicle, because there will be new cubicles build. *so tiring*
