[Complaint] SMS Indosat Matrix failed terus

sudah hampir 3 hari SMS-nya Indosat Matrix error berat.. setiap sending SMS pasti failed terus.. setelah dicoba lebih dari 5 kali, baru deh bisa dikirim.. tapi pagi ini tambah parah.. Setiap SMS delivery reportnya failed terus.. Coba telpon customer service di 222 nada sibuk melulu.. nomer 123 juga gak bisa dihubungi.. terpaksa kirim complain dari websitenya Satelindo GSM, dan belum direply juga nih.. MATRIX PAYAH!!!
